Seems that freely available theme has an issue: “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.”.

we have tested again and it is working. Please follow this Steps in the Tutorial.
Tutorial Theme Installation
Doesn’t install in WP 4.7.3 (see screenshot here: https://goo.gl/8Ljspz)
Download the theme here: http://digitalsignagepress.com/wp-update-server/DigitalSignagePressTheme.zip
Unzip it and upload the complete folder via FTP in /wp-content/themes/. Activation is not necessary.
While trying to activate, steps 2 and 3 don’t work. I go back to the login page. Therefore activation can’t be completed.
