    I have made playlist in digital signage and create device and get url but when i used that url on browser then it show a blank page.so please give a solution or help on it

    Solutions:
    – Clear browser cache (CTRL + F5)
    – Reactivate the plugin

    I am using a digitalsignagepress lite wordpress plugin and i created a playlist in it and then created a device by using the name of that playlist and get a url but when i used that url on browser then it show a blank page.so please give a solution or help for how i play that playlist on screen to see the playlist which i created.

      We need more information from you. Which version do you use? Lite? Or Pro / Enterprise on our demo server ?! If Lite, which WordPress version, the digitalsignagepress theme was installed and activated?

    i am using 4.6.4 version of wordpress and 1.2.1 version of digitalsignagepress lite and yes i have installed digitalsignagepress theme but i haven’t activated it. so please suggest me what i do.

    1. update your wordpress to Version 4.7.3
    2. deactivate all cache plugins in wordpress
    3. reactivate the digitalsignagepress plugin
    4. check the url on browser
    5. clear browser cache (CTRL + F5, try it several times)

    Must help, we have the Lite just tested with 4.7.3, it works.

    Hello,

    i use the pro version and it worked fine, but now when i use an url its saying on every divice i use, page not find.
    I changed nothing, did all up-dates in word press so please help me.
