When i try and view the playlist via a page the screen is blank , i have sent a few emails into support but heard nothing back , i have a full license

Everytime we try to answer on your emails we get it back with “Connection refused by splashaccess”.

Did you try to watch it via the device url?
If you view it as just a page with the shortcode it will not know what to display there.

just added you to the whitelist ,please try again 🙂 .

i have tried the following ,digital signage, devices then click on the long inc ?device=3

When you go to the device itself does it list a playlist there or say “no program”?
If the later, select one, save, try again.
If it does have a non-empty playlist assigned, please check your server log (php/apache/nginx/… depending on what is used) if you have access to it.

there’s a conflict with the Page Builder Widget Pack plugin
F12 and then console then you can see the error: “$(…).isotope is not a function” in their plugin
