please explain “does not work”, what exactly happens?
also scheduling runs based on the target device’s time setting, not your installations, in case that changes anything
Which version of our plugin are you using?
Which Browser on which OS are you using when you edit this text?
Is it only happen with a certain text font?
Can you explain in more details. Is your problem that the scheduling is not working correctly as you defined it or does your design look different on different browsers? What Browser does your TV have? Which TV are you using? Brand and model? Can you maybe send pictures or video to info@digitalsignagepress.com so that we see what you mean?
Thanks
Can you send this video via email to: info@digitalsignagepress.com
Thanks.
You should be able to change that by opening the main digitalsignagepress.php file and removing the lines:
.login h1 a {
/*background-image: url(< ?php echo get_stylesheet_directory_uri(); ?>/images/site-login-logo.png);*/
padding-bottom: 30px;
display: none !important;
}
Does this happen as well if you use a different/desktop browser?
If so, you’ll have to contact your server admin to check the settings in the server.
While that works you may also have to adjust the same value for the wp_ds_screen entries that belong to a playlist.
Also note that the ds_ prefix may vary depending on installation, especially with multisite.
Please make sure wordpress is actually using that PHP version.
In the root folder of your installation should be a index.php file.
Replace the line that starts with require( dirname( __FILE__ ) . ‘/wp-blog-header.php’ );
and change it to:
phpinfo();
then refresh your wordpress site in the browser and you should get an info-dump of what it is really using.
Afterwards undo this change to get back to regular functionality.
It only has to be installed, not enabled.
It is used to create a neutral ground for the editor and pages so we know which element ends up where.
please check your php version, you need at least 5.5 for this plugin.
there’s a conflict with the Page Builder Widget Pack plugin
F12 and then console then you can see the error: “$(…).isotope is not a function” in their plugin
no idea how to get them to be compatible with each other…
When you go to the device itself does it list a playlist there or say “no program”?
If the later, select one, save, try again.
If it does have a non-empty playlist assigned, please check your server log (php/apache/nginx/… depending on what is used) if you have access to it.
Everytime we try to answer on your emails we get it back with “Connection refused by splashaccess”.
Did you try to watch it via the device url?
If you view it as just a page with the shortcode it will not know what to display there.
